Absolutely awful! Arrived at the airport with a booking from several months before a flight to be told they had rented all available vehicles. After being promised a full refund for the unavailable vehicle, I had to go to a competitor to get a vehicle. Upon arriving home I contacted Avis about the agreed refund, and have been met with next to no customer service, poor communication between the French and English groups, and still no refund. If you can avoid Avis and especially the Limoges branch, please do so. There are much more reputable companies who are capable of providing a vehicle rental business.
Friendly staff. Usually have to queue for about 10 minutes though.
